Pole Temporary Request

Request to Provide Power to Temporary Service Pole

Before Cobb EMC can connect a temporary service pole, all of the following requirements must be met. Please check the boxes below to signal that these requirements have been met:

Temporary pole is set and properly grounded in accordance with NESC and Cobb EMC requirements.

Temporary pole and ground rod are located 3 feet outside of primary ditch line.

Meter base is properly installed with 2 ½″ conduit and no broken or missing parts.

I understand that should crews determine the service request is not fit for work for any of the reasons listed above, a $125 unnecessary trip charge may be assessed on my account.
